During April 2016, KONE Great Britain will making significant changes to the structure of the Service Team with the aim of bringing us closer to our customers. 

Within the new structure we have increased the number of service managers in the region and simplified our service delivery processes, as we believe that these changes will allow our service delivery team to be more responsive and to focus on the key issues that affect our customers.
