With KONE Care Online, you can access an overview of the work that’s been carried out and easily track any maintenance work in real-time. You can request regular reports via email or visit the portal for detailed information on maintenance and repairs history, including information on invoicing. The reports show which tasks have been carried out and their respective costs. This makes planning and budgeting easier; you can even budget for next year’s maintenance and modernisation well in advance.
